he probably called every single room because his superior demand the lots be emptied, for whatever reason who knows. sunday morn got a call from concierge asking if i am parking at the vip lots. all the lots outside are left empty since the day i came till i left and no parking is allowed at all. clearly being ignored since i am checking out soon. at 9am request for making up room and upon return at 11 nothing has been done.
sunday i am going to the pool and have no more towels. 2nd day after room service the coffee and tea and snacks are still empty. it came at 1030pm and as usual, tried calling to ensure the order is not missed and no answer. i ordered at 930pm requesting for 1015pm. the other with cord, i call out and no answer just kept ringing. 2 phones in room and 1 does not have a cord to call out. how is it possible every single room is not ready at the same time? it is the school holidays and weekend you surely knew it is the peak period but the management is pathetic. 3pm is check in time, i get my keys at 345pm and the whole lobby is crowded with people waiting for keys. it was a big drop in standard since then. below is my feedback Hi, i was at your resort over the weekend and seriously it was my 2nd visit after my first years ago. I had manually sent a feedback to your email after this survey did not came till 2 days later. May has proved itself the least popular time to travel – but going in the low season does have some plus points, like littler crowds and bigger bargains. Most people tend to go to Sentosa Island for 5 days, and they particularly like jetting off in January. Sitting pretty in Singapore, it’s one of our favourite places in Singapore. Looking to escape the 9-5 and head off somewhere a little more exciting for a while? We reckon you’ll be bowled over by Sentosa Island.
